The RevOnc app on an iPhone: a personal daily exercise programme for recovery after cancer

After the treatment
the care ends.
The recovery doesn't.

You've been discharged from the hospital. The appointments become rarer. No one tells you how much you may move, how to build up gently, or what's normal. No plan. No guidance.

Structured digital solutions exist in Belgium today

1. Set your movement goal

You choose the goal. From climbing the stairs again to walking 5 km with your grandchildren. This is your north star.

2. Physical and mental assessment

A short questionnaire determines where your body stands now. Safe and fully tailored to you.

3. Personal training plan

The RevOnc Engine builds your schedule. Daily exercises with video, timing and intensity matched to your level. RevOnc motivates you, much like Duolingo, to move enough.

4. Community support

Create your own group with fellow patients, encourage each other to move, exercise together and support each other through difficult moments. Together we stand stronger.

5. Weekly progression

The plan adapts to your energy and progress. Every week a step closer to your movement goal.

Our solution:
five steps toward your movement goal.

RevOnc puts together a personal programme based on your level. Every day you know what to do.

Frequently asked
questions.

RevOnc is a wellbeing app that guides you in your recovery after cancer treatment. Personalised strength and endurance programmes tailored to your level, developed with scientific grounding and AI. Clinically grounded in a pilot study at AZorg Aalst (43 patients, 10 weeks). Currently available as a pilot on iOS (request access), with Android coming soon.

RevOnc is not currently a medical device within the meaning of the MDR. The app does not make a diagnosis, does not replace treatment and does not give medical advice. RevOnc is a digital coaching tool that supports you with movement and wellbeing after your cancer treatment, based on a personal programme. We do develop the app in line with the quality and safety principles applied by the MDR, so that a later CE marking remains within reach as our clinical grounding grows, including an ongoing randomised study.

Guided and gradually built-up exercise is, for most people, not only safe after cancer treatment, it is one of the best-supported ways to regain strength and reduce fatigue. That is why RevOnc starts from a short assessment of where your body stands now, and builds up calmly from that point. If you have doubts about your situation, consult your doctor or physiotherapist. RevOnc does not replace that consultation.

There are information and symptom apps. What's missing is structured, personalised follow-up at the moment when care stops and you go home. RevOnc doesn't give you general tips, but a concrete daily programme that adapts every week to your energy and progress.

Yes. RevOnc is free for patients. The app is currently available as a pilot on iOS (you can request access) and the Android version is coming soon. Organisations such as hospitals, insurers and pharmaceutical companies use a B2B licensing model.

No. RevOnc does not replace physiotherapy or medical care. The app is an extension: for the days and weeks when you have no guidance, RevOnc gives you structure and a plan. If you work with a physiotherapist, RevOnc runs alongside it.

No. Patients download the app themselves. There is no link to your EHR and no IT project needed to get started. A deeper integration is possible later, but it is optional and not a requirement.

Yes. RevOnc can run under your brand, with your logo and colours, and exclusivity is open to discussion within a defined region or target group. We'll look together at which model fits.

RevOnc is available in Dutch, English and French. We roll out additional languages based on the needs of our partners.
